oh, yeah... with the nickel stanctions on the 888, they were getting a little oxidized, so, simply because they're nickel, i wiped them down with some silver polish. they look brand new, shiney and smooth. i don't know what shame your forks are in but you should try it.

but is it just a spacer issue? for my blindside and it's 73 mm bb, the howitzer bb need only 1 spacer on the drive side. i don't know if it's the same for your bb

you mean just what spacers go where? i think it's usually just one spacer on the drive side

the khyber is going for 1200 CAD if you're interested in the frame I should be able to be a bit flexible on the pricing.

definitely go with the specialized. it's got the fsr linkage just like the demo. i'm pretty sure the same effort for the technology in the demo linkage was put into the bighit, only the shock placement isn't low like on the demo. it would be a great upgrade

Hey, i have a proposition. the steerer tube on my fork is 7". I'll trade you my lower crown for yours plus 20$? that way you can still sell your fork as a complete and i can get the extra length i need? Let me know what you think.
Thanks
Thanks

are looking in tot he deal at fluidride? go for it. any dh bike is going to be able to take abuse. do you just like the fell of a dh bike? if you're gonna use it for purely freeride and you're not racing, consider getting a fr bike. dh bikes are known to some as just big mountain freeride bikes, din the knarly shit like in the red bull rampage. it can handle it

the cove would most definitely be a great choice for freeride. all of those gussets mean you wont ever have to worry about how much you abuse it. being a single pivot means less moving parts, meaning less to be damaged or replaced over the years. while it's not a race bike, i've never seen any people at whistler slowing down on the rough sections when riding any sort of cove, so it must be a great performer. for shocks; if you're ever riding up the mountain on a fireroad, you'd probably rike the propedal of the dhx. the vivid would be the best choice for dh and even freeride just because of how well it floats over the bumps and how well it feels through its travel. i've never ridden a rocco, but i've been told it feels like butter, the good kind of butter. I live in bellingham now cause i'm going to college at western. getting over to seatac would have to be something done over a break for me

the suspension design won't limit its ability to do freeride. there are great pros who used the dw link. it would still be a great improvement over your current frame. lots of people use dh bikes for freeride. i do...

oh, dude! check out fluidride RIGHT NOW. they'rehaving an amazing deal on their ironhorse sunday frames. under 800 hundred or so for a used one, and about 1100 for new w/out a shock. definitely check it out if you're looking for a bargain

yeah, dude. definitely. i need to do the same thing. the main air chamber and the PAR chamber in my fork arent holding air separately. pumping one end is just like pumping the other end. is there something else i should be doing for that? so did you replace the damping leg or the spring leg? is it like an 2009 cartridge?

instead of turning right off of the cement trail to go to the flowpark, go left down a little hill and across a creek. follow the trail and you'll get to the softies jumps
